Supervision in the workplace is a quality improvement strategy which aims to ensure safe, effective and accountable practice. This event will introduce occupational therapists to the main elements of supervision, provide practical advice on how supervision in the workplace can improve individual interventions, contribute to improvement in service and help to articulate quality improvements at an organisational level.
